At Parts Name Global Corp., we are committed to fast, reliable delivery across the United
States. By placing an order, you agree to the following Shipping & Delivery terms.

1. Order Processing & Ful llment
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are typically
processed the same business day
• Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed
on the next business day
• All orders are subject to product availability, order veri cation, and payment
approval
• Orders are ful lled through our U.S.-based distribution network
Same-day processing is not guaranteed and may vary during high-volume periods,
promotions, holidays, or supplier processing times.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: typically 3–7 business days
• Freight (LTL) Shipping: typically 5–10 business days for oversized or heavy
items
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due
to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, remote delivery areas, or
other factors outside our control.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may
occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to
severe weather, natural disasters, ooding, hurricanes, wild res, snowstorms,
earthquakes, carrier disruptions, labor shortages, supply chain interruptions,
government actions, or other force majeure events.
Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and may arrive separately
on different days.

3. Shipping Carriers We ship through trusted carriers, including:
• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS
• LTL freight carriers for oversized shipments
Carrier selection is based on the item, destination, and availability at the time of
ful llment.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery Requirements
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping
address at checkout
• Orders shipped to an address different from the billing address may require
additional veri cation
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:
• delivery delays
• address correction fees
• return shipping charges
• order cancellation
Carrier release authorizations requested by the customer are done at the customer’s
own risk.
Certain products may ship directly from manufacturers or suppliers and may require
additional processing time.

5. Address Changes & Re-Routing
Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.
If re-routing is possible, additional carrier fees, service charges, or delays may apply.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the change is due to our error.

6. Apartment, Condo & Multi-Unit Deliveries
For deliveries to apartments, condominiums, or multi-unit buildings, please ensure the
carrier has secure and complete access.
Parts Name Global Inc. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the
carrier that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

7. Freight (LTL) Deliveries – ImportantLarge or heavy items may be shipped via freight carrier.
For freight deliveries:
• The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery
• An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign
• You must inspect the shipment at delivery
If there is visible damage or a shortage:
• Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
• Take photos immediately
• Contact us within 48 hours
If inspection is not possible at delivery, write “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery
receipt.
Signing without noting damage may release the carrier from liability.
Additional charges such as storage fees, missed delivery fees, re-delivery fees, or
limited-access surcharges may be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of:
◦ the product
◦ the packaging
We will assist with the carrier claim or resolution process as applicable.
Lost shipment claims are subject to carrier investigation and may require additional
time to resolve.

9. Shipment Refusals
Refusing a shipment may result in:
• return shipping charges
• carrier service fees
• storage fees
• delayed refund processing

We strongly recommend accepting delivery and initiating a return through our standard
return process.

10. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is marked as
delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

11. Returns & RMA Process
If you need to return an item, you must rst request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) from our support team.
All returns must:
• be approved in advance
• be shipped only to the address provided in the RMA
• comply with our Returns & Refunds Policy
