Orders & Shipping
How fast will I receive my order?
Most orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 3–7 business days.
Larger or oversized freight shipments may require approximately 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due
to carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, supply chain
interruptions, labor shortages, high-volume periods, or other circumstances
beyond our reasonable control.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always.
We ship from multiple U.S. warehouses and supplier distribution centers, so
your order may arrive in separate shipments on different days with different
tracking numbers.
Certain products may ship directly from manufacturers or suppliers and may
require additional processing time.
Do you offer free shipping?
We may o er free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Weight
- Delivery location
- Freight requirements
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We will do our best to assist; however, once an order has been processed or
shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.
Additional carrier fees, re-routing charges, or delays may apply.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No.
We currently ship only to valid residential or commercial street addresses within
the United States.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather conditions,
operational disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other factors outside our
control.
While we work with trusted carriers and suppliers, Parts Name Global Corp.
cannot guarantee carrier transit times.

How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?
We strongly recommend verifying tment before placing an order.

We are happy to assist with compatibility guidance; however, at the moment
responsibility remains with the customer unless compatibility is explicitly
confirmed by us in writing.
What happens if I order the wrong part?
Eligible items may be returned within our return window provided that:
- The item is unused and uninstalled
- The item is returned in original packaging
- The item meets all return eligibility requirements
Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply.
Installed or attempted installation items are not eligible for return.
Are all products street legal?
Certain performance products may be intended for o -road or racing use only
and may not be legal for street use in all jurisdictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and
federal laws and regulations.
Can I return wheels after mounting tires?
No.
Once a tire has been mounted on a wheel, the wheel is no longer eligible for
return under any circumstances.Please inspect all wheels carefully before mounting tires.
Are all products in stock?
Inventory availability displayed on the website is estimated and may not always
reflect real-time supplier inventory levels.
Products may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.
If this occurs, we will contact you with available options.
Do you sell special-order or custom items?
Yes.
Certain products may be:
- Special order
- Made-to-order
- Custom configured
These items may have additional processing times and are generally non-
returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning
any item

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless:
- You received an incorrect item, or
- The product is verified to be defective or damaged on arrival
Are there restocking fees?
Yes.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on:

- Manufacturer policies
- Item condition
- Return reason
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after
inspection and approval of the returned item.
Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
What items are non-returnable?
Examples of non-returnable items include:

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the damage
We will assist with carrier claims or replacement procedures as applicable.
What if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photos of the received product and packaging.
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Do you cover installation or labor costs?
No.
Parts Name Global Corp. does not cover:
- Installation or labor costs
- Painting or coating expenses
- Tuning or calibration
- Vehicle downtime
- Towing or storage fees
- Loss of use
Freight (Large Item) Deliveries
Do I need to be present for freight delivery?
Yes.For freight shipments:
- An adult (18+) must be present
- The shipment must be inspected before signing
What if I sign and later discover damage?
If damage is not noted at the time of delivery, the carrier may deny the claim.
Always inspect freight shipments carefully before signing.
If full inspection is not possible, write:
“Subject to Inspection”
on the delivery receipt.
Payments & Orders
When will I be charged?
Payment is processed at the time your order is submitted and approved.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled due to:
- Inventory availability issues
- Payment verification concerns

Delivery Issues
What if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, delivery is considered completed.
