The venerable Land Rover Discovery LR4 receives a new Summit Series front bumper. While the 2014 facelift to the Land Rover Discovery was visually similar to the pre-2014 model, there were enough changes to warrant ARBs engineers to design and develop a new ARB Summit bar for the vehicle. The chassis mount design has been carried over but the bar assembly is all new to suit the 2014 on model Discovery and now provides provision for the original equipment headlight washers, ARB fog lights and fitment of ARB Intensity driving lights, all while also allowing access to winch clutch levers. Please note that adaptive cruise control or the forward camera are not compatible with the ARB Summit Bar. Development was performed on the SE and HSE models and the Summit bar will cater to vehicles with or without front parking sensors and Land Rovers Surround Camera System.

Summit is a modern interpretation of the renowned ARB Deluxe Bumper, styled to complement modern dual cab and SUV vehicles through a fresh, contemporary design language. Building upon our proven air bag compatible bumper mounting architecture, the Summit Bumper incorporates unique design features such as a 30mm edge radius on the wings and center pan, wider press formed cover straps, 60.3mm top tubing, two-piece polyethylene buffers and redesigned fog light surrounds. This results in the most visually impressive frontal protection system on the market.
