- Return Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Support team.

2. Return Timeframe
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

- All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be included.

- Shipping, handling, delivery fees, and taxes are not refundable.
