At Parts Name Global Inc., we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Our
Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.

1. Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved in advance.
You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any
item. An RMA ensures your return is properly authorized and sent to the correct facility.
To request an RMA, contact us at info@partsname.com and provide:
• Order number
• Part number
• Reason for return
Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped only to the address provided in your RMA. Returns sent to
any other address may not be processed.

2. Return Window
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Once issued, an RMA is valid for 15 calendar days
• Returned items must be received within that period
Refused shipments do not constitute cancellation of an order.
All applicable shipping, return shipping, storage, and restocking fees remain the
responsibility of the customer.
2.1. Certain manufacturers may impose additional return restrictions or conditions
beyond those stated herein.

3. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused, uninstalled, and in new, resalable condition
• Returned in original, undamaged manufacturer packaging
• Complete with all included hardware, manuals, labels, and accessories
Returned items must show no signs of:
• Installation
• Mounting
• Use• Modi cation
Items damaged due to improper packaging may be denied.
Any item that does not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a reduced
refund.

4. Wheels & Pre-Installation Inspection
All wheels must be carefully inspected before tires are mounted.
Once a tire has been mounted on a wheel, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for verifying the correct item and condition before mounting
or installation.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The wrong item was shipped by Parts Name Global Inc., or
• The item is veri ed to be defective or damaged on arrival
All approved returns must:
• Be securely packaged
• Have the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label
• Be shipped to the authorized return address only
Returns sent to the wrong location, shipped collect (COD), or damaged in transit due to
poor packaging may be refused.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service and keeping
your tracking number until the return is fully processed.

6. Restocking Fees & Refund Amounts
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
The following are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error:
• Original shipping charges
• Handling charges
• Expedited shipping fees
Refunds are issued only after:• The returned item is received
• The item passes inspection
• The return is approved

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are nal sale and not eligible for return:
• Special-order items
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Electrical or electronic components once opened
• Installed, used, or modi ed parts
• Mounted wheels or tires
• Clearance, discontinued, or scratch & dent items
• Partial kits or incomplete returns
• Items missing original packaging or components

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• For shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• For incorrect items, contact us within 5 business days
Please provide clear photos of:
• The product
• The packaging
We will review the issue and provide return, replacement, or claim instructions.

9. Shipping Damage & Carrier Claims
Shipping damage claims are subject to carrier review and approval.
In some cases:
• A replacement order may need to be placed before a claim is resolved
• A refund or credit may be issued after the claim is approved Parts Name Global Inc. does not cover incidental or third-party expenses, including but not limited to:
• Installation or labor costs
• Painting or coating costs
• Tuning or calibration costs
• Towing or storage fees
• Loss of use

10. Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed
within 5–10 business days.
The time required for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

11. Order Accuracy & Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering — we are happy to assist.
However, nal tment responsibility remains with the customer unless compatibility
was explicitly con rmed by us in writing.
Incorrectly ordered parts are not considered defective. Items that have been installed
or show attempted installation are not eligible for return.

12. Refused Shipments
Refused shipments may be subject to:
• Return shipping charges
• Carrier fees
• Restocking fees
These costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
If you no longer want an order, please contact us before refusing delivery.

13. Important Notes
Returns that do not follow RMA instructions may be delayed, denied, or refused.
Parts Name Global Inc. is not responsible for:
• Lost return shipments
• Returns sent to the wrong address
• Damage caused during return shipping due to inadequate packaging
• Delays caused by carriers or suppliers
