This system feature Fabtech?s proven IFS technology with extended length ductile iron steering knuckles for proper Ford electronic stability control functionality. Heavy duty 1/4? thick steel lower control arm crossmembers provide superior ground clearance for adventurous offroad trails. Rear lift is accomplished with a 2.25? lift block and extended length u bolts. The Basic System includes front coilover spacers that utilize the factory Coilover shocks for a stock like ride characteristic. This high quality system does not require drilling or cutting for installation and comes Fabtech?s 5/60 Powertrain warranty. 1/4? thick steel lower control arm crossmembers are arched for maximum ground clearance. Four adjustable alignment cams provide a wide range of adjustment. The fully welded box design of these crossmembers provides additional strength to the front suspension. Extended length ductile iron steering knuckles retain near stock track width keeping the tires under the fenders. These steering knuckles are designed to work in conjunction with the Ford ESC for proper functionality at all speeds. Thick wall tubing and 1/4″ thick steel plate is used to build these 4? lift spacers that retain the factory Coilover shocks for a stock ride. Brake Line Brackets reposition the factory Ford brake lines down on the frame for the new travel range without having to open the brake system. Keeps factory fluid system intact. 1/4″ thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar for the increased ride height. This allows the sway bar link ends to fully cycle without binding throughout the extended travel range. 5″ Tall rear lift blocks replace the factory blocks without changing the ride quality or load carrying capacity. American made U Bolts that retain the entire rear differential to the vehicle. In the rear, extended length Performance twin tube shocks provide a good highway ride with the ability to tackle offroad.

These heavy duty systems feature 1/4 thick steel lower control arm crossmembers with adjustable alignment cams for ease of installation while strengthening the front suspension. Extended length ductile iron steering knuckles allow use of 18 or 20 wheels. The Basic System includes front spacers utilizing the factory Coilover shock while the rear receives Fabtech Performance twin tube shocks.
