This system offers a mild lift height with easy installation for clearance of 33″ tall tires on GM C/K1500s. Lift is accomplished with Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers that provide superior damping for aggressive offroad use and a good highway ride. The stock upper control arms are replaced with high quality tubular Uniball arms that allow unrestricted movement throughout the travel range. The arms are constructed of top quality material including .120″ wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with a 1.50″ OD and 1″ FK Stainless PTFE Uniballs. These arms are the best on the market for aggressive offroad driving in harsh conditions. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper with the new lift height while a 1/4″ thick steel skid plate provides protection against offroad obstacles. Rear lift is accomplished with 1 1/2″ rear lift block and u-bolts to help level the stance of the vehicles. This new 4 System capitalizes on Toyota Tundras large wheelwell opening to allow use of 35 tall tires with minimum lift height. The design of this 4 System is a new style of suspension that delivers improved performance with fewer parts, and comes with an affordable price. The system includes replacement upper control with a .120 wall DOM arm with heavy duty extended range ball joints that provide additional strength to the front suspension. Heavy duty extended length steering knuckles are included to provide proper functionality of the factory ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with 35 tall tires. The knuckles retain the stock track width keeping the tires under the front fenders. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper during the full range of travel. Front bump stop extensions and brake hose relocation brackets complete the front suspension. Rear lift comes from a 1 lift block and u-bolt system to level the stance of the vehicle. The 4 System is available with a spacer system to retain the factory Coilover shocks and rear Performance shocks.
